How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend.
How long does it take?
5–7 working days from dispatch. You'll get a confirmation email when the order is placed and a second one when it ships.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We currently sell to the United Kingdom only.
Fit
Will it fit my car?
Both covers are designed for the majority of cars, SUVs and vans. The Hammock Seat covers the full rear bench; the Booster Seat sits on a single front seat. If you're unsure, measure your seat and email us before ordering.
How long does it take to fit?
About five minutes. Headrest straps go over the front and rear headrests, and the seat anchors tuck into the seat crease.
Does it slide around?
It shouldn't. There's a non-slip base plus anchors, which is what stops it bunching up when the car corners or brakes.
Care
Can I machine wash it?
Yes. Unclip it, shake the loose hair out, and wash cold at 30°C. Hang to dry — don't tumble dry.
Is it really waterproof?
Yes. It's a sealed waterproof layer rather than a surface coating, so it doesn't wear off with washing.
Orders and returns
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped yet we can usually amend or cancel it.
